So what's best way to drop a size in 3 weeks?

As per left it to the last minute and now I'm a fat mess and need to drop dress size by the end of the month.

Suggestions?

You're not a fat mess. Don't torture yourself, just get an outfit in the next size up and be comfortable.

It was fairly drastic but I did a no fat, no refined carbs, no sugar diet.
basically just unlimited non starchy veg and unlimited meat with no visable fat, or eggs/tuna, fish etc.
Can use herbs and spices.
No bread,potatoes,rice, pasta etc.
No dairy or fat (butter, oil etc) but 30g of reduced fat cheese a day allowed, and 2 portions of fruit.

an example of a Typical day:
breakfast: Eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms (possibly smoked bacon medallions)
Lunch: chicken breast (fajita style spices) peppers, onions, wrapped in little gem lettuce leaves.
Or tuna salad
Dinner: beef mince Bolognese (homemade) With spiralised courgette and the 30g cheese allowance
Or pork chop/gammon steak with fat removed, and a shit ton of veg (oven roasted Mediterranean veg or broccoli, peas etc)
Snacks: 2 portions of fruit, cucumber/carrots sticks, sugar free jelly.

You can do it!! Eat less and move more, drink more coffee

Whilst it's not long term solution, the military diet really does work. Any weight you do loose will likely just be water weight, but it does help to slim you down quickly. Lots of examples on Pinterest and get some walking in!

Brill thanks all.
I'm finally getting to see parents at the other end of the country for a staycation and I've gained a bit too much weight my clothes dont fit. Unfortunately buying new clothes for the full time I'm away isn't likely, so attempting to shrink it is 😂
