Hi everyone - i've had 2 caesareans, ds is 4 months and I plan not to have any more (for now!!) so really want to lose the weight from the two pregnancies. I used to weigh 10 stone but put on 4 stone with first pregnancy I'm now down to 12 and a half but am all out of proportion!! I've got a pair of size 14 jeans to accomodate the gross 'pouch' of a stomach that i've acquired but the rest of me is slimming down so the top half of my tops fit but dont go rounds the middle and the waist of my jeans fits but the legs are baggy!!! Is there anything specific that gets rid of this horrid middle bit??!

situps perhaps? or stomach crunches?

keet · 04/11/2004 10:50

Ugh, I know what you mean - I'm back to my normal weight but because my stomach's so baggy the rest of me's skinnier than usual and I look pregnant all over again! I'm joining the SIT-UPS thread ....

Stomach is nearly gone now at 8 months after c-section. First time (non-section) went within weeks. Not boasting but it seems that it does take longer to go away.

Give it a few more months...
