I couldn't find the old thread so have started a new one for anyone wanting to lose about a pound a week.

I've been doing the 5:2 for 6 weeks and have lost 8lb.

I've plateaued first the last 2 weeks but today found out that I've lost another pound 🙌

Will join you and let the other one slide into oblivion.

Well done on this weeks loss and for keeping to 5:2 for all this time.

I got my act together this week and have lost 2.2 lb. Am very pleased. Also means that I am pretty much on track with the lb/week ethos even if it does occasionally happen in fits and starts.

How often do you weigh?

I generally weigh in on a Friday morning.
Like you, I'm not in any hurry to lose my stone.
And, going on past experience, the quicker I lose weight the quicker I regain.
I've list 8lb so far so 6lb to go!

I haven't weighed in this week as I overdid it on the eating front over the Bank Holiday weekend.
