Fat intake

Hello, I have managed to lose a stone over the past 6 weeks or so by cutting carbs to 100g a day. I am not sure how much fat I should eat though. Surely LCHF doesn't allow you to go wild with fats?

I am 5'3" and 12 stone. Can anyone suggest what my macros should be to lose weight please? I am on 1200 calories per day. Thank you.

Use fat to satisfy your hunger. Yes you can go wild as long as your carb/sugar intake is low. I've been on a ketosis diet on and off for over four years and yes, it goes against what we've always been told but fat is not the baddie

I Calculate my macros with an app called keto macros and input that in an app called carb manager

Thank you both so much. I stupidly forgot to mention that I have heart disease which is why I am concerned about the fats but I shall look further in to any info I can find. I know that lots of low fat foods are packed with sugar to compensate and I do have 5fl oz single cream every day but, according to Nutracheck, my fat intake is around 65% (sat fat around 80%!!!) daily
