I need breakfast ideas that are as quick as making a bowl of cereal (or prep in advance) are low carb, filling and not egg based. I'm not adverse to a quiche type thing but don't really like egg as the main flavour of the dish. And I'm not doing keto just trying to cut carbs so doesn't have to be super low carb - eg fruit is still fine.
Everything is egg based or takes ages to prepare or smoothies which I don't find filling at all. Hope there'll be someone wise out there that will change my breakfast life forever!!
