I'm the same age as you and I originally wanted to lose a stone too. I started Fast800 12 week online plan in October and had lost 1.7stone by the end of it. I did 5:2 all along and found it very sustainable. Well I still do as I have kept eating moderate low carb even though the course finished in Jan.

I've now lost 2.7 stone in total, I'm not trying to lose anymore as my BMI is now 21 and I'm size 6 but combining low carb with Intermitten fasting has been very effective for me. I really recommend the Fast800 as it will re-train your palate and get you off the sugar craving train.

Ooh that’s fab @RedHotChiliChips

I vaguely eat low carb but maybe the fast800 is what I need to lose this last little bit

What is your fave IF window ?

After the 12 weeks plan, I started 16:8 and then shortly after extended it to 18:6 or sometimes it was 17:7, depending on my day. I found it really boosted the final weight loss. I did for couple of months but have since moved to 14:10 as I wanted to have breakfast again - as I needed the calories, a line that I thought I'd never say Grin.
