Hi, I'm hoping for some friendly advice from some people who have lost weight after having a baby.

I had a little girl in the summer and for the whole of my pregnancy I had awful nausea and vomiting and the only thing that seemed to keep it at bay was eating regularly.

Therefore... I put on quite a bit of weight!

I lost a bit after I had her with breastfeeding and just going back to my normal appetite but I still have about a stone and a half to lose.

I think I've finally found some motivation now lockdown is lifting a bit plus I'm going back to work soon and I'd like to fit into my trousers and I've decided today is the day I would like to make a proper start on getting back to my old weight.

So I'm wondering if anyone has found something that really worked for them with a young baby (still bf but weaning) and if so please would you share with me? It would be so appreciated! Smile

MyFitnessPal is the only thing that worked for me. I teamed strict calorie counting with high protein, low (almost no) carb and min. 10k steps a day and 2 weight classes a week. I’ve lost 11 pounds in 6 weeks doing this.
It has been restrictive but doable
