So since February when I split with my fiancé, I took the opportunity to start losing weight and getting fit etc.
Started at 13st, got down to 10st 9, completed couch to 5k, working out with a PT and doing home YouTube workouts, was really happy with my progress.
The last few (3?) weeks I’ve all of a sudden just fallen off the wagon and I don’t know what’s happened or why! I’ve lost all self control! The running and PT is still there, but the home workouts are non existent and my eating is disgusting! Today I’ve eaten a full English breakfast followed by blueberry pancakes, 5 jam donuts, a medium sized bar of dairy milk and 2 ham and cheese rolls - like what the actual fuck?!
What’s wrong with me and how do I fix it? Do I need support or an arse kicking? You decide...
