I've taken the batteries out of my scale

I weigh myself daily, sometimes twice a day, if I'm being "good". As soon as i lose any weight at all I seem to decent into some kind of self sabotage.
If I'm being "bad" I don't weigh myself at all.

I want/need to break this cycle so I weighed myself on Monday and now I've taken the batteries out of the scales for at least a month.

I'm working on eating healthily (even though i'm massively stressed this week) and doing 16:8 mostly.

At the end of the day I do want to lose 3 stone but I'm tired of the see-saw!

good for you! I once took the scale to my buildings storage area so I actually had to leave my flat and go to the basement and unlock my storage unit to weigh myself.

I'm the opposite - if I'm trying to lose weight, I weigh myself daily, but more likely to think WTF if i put any on, and eat something slightly mad or eat a lot that's very mad

sounds like a good plan, fingers crossed for you

I weigh myself around ten times a day Blush

Good, do what works for you. When I started I said I wouldn't weigh except at the start, but then I have no motivation to carry on so back to weighing daily except for Monday's and Tuesdays. Although I was good over the weekend (I am going to be naughty every other weekend) and weighed the same as Friday this morning! What a bummer! Should have had my normal share bag of Malteasers Grin
