Good evening.

I was wondering if there was anyone who shares similar characteristics to me that has managed to lose the weight?

Type 2 diabetes (I take insulin)
PCOS (so, insulin resistance)
Carries all weight around stomach area (obese visceral fat)

I take a number of supplements (insitol, zinc, magnesium, flaxseed, omega, vitamin D & ashwagandha).

I am following a low carb, higher protein diet with trying intermittent fasting. My blood sugar levels are becoming almost under control, except for fasting levels, which my specialist thinks is related to my liver.

I'm 34 this year and would like children soon. I'm getting to the stage where I am beyond fed up of not being able to lose weight; I cannot even begin to count the number of diets I have tried over the many, many years.

I am exploring low impact exercises such as walking and weight training.

Has anyone tried the hormone blood or urine testing to check for underlying conditions?

Thank you.

I have type 1 diabetes and pcos and lost 1,5 stone by walking 15000-20000 steps a day every day.
