I hate my body and it’s making me miserable

I have this bog spare tyre around my middle. I have a fat belly and wobbly thighs. I hate my body and it’s starting to affect me. I’m breastfeeding at the moment and my 6mo DS has allergies, so I can’t have anything with egg, dairy or soy in. I also don’t really eat meat or fish as I don’t like it but I will have a little bit of bacon or chicken every now and again.

Example of diet:

Raspberry, blueberry, banana, huel and protein powder smoothie.
Steamed mushrooms and spinach on toast
Pea protein strips with salad
Whole wheat pasta with veg

If I have a snack it might be rose cakes or a vegan chocolate bar.

What’s wrong with this? I walk loads and clean every day, but don’t have time to do any other exercise as DH works long hours. Why do I still have a Buddha belly? Sad I liked my body before I was pregnant but hate it now. I haven’t let my husband see me naked since DS was born. I know he won’t care, he keeps telling me he thinks I’m beautiful more than ever, but I hate how I look!

Oh bless you. I could have written this post when my 2yo was that age minus having to cut egg out (although you’re eating way better than I was). Even down to the fact of not liking meat etc! Personally my body didn’t start to change until I stopped BF when my LO was 16 months. Some people just hold on to a bit of extra padding when feeding, it’s not uncommon! Keep going it WILL pay off and you are setting a good example to your LO. Flowers
