Hi everyone ,
Just wondering if it is possible to get rid of my mum Tum without having to have a tummy tuck . I had twins in October one being 6lb 11 and one being 5lb 11 , and I have a lot of loose skin from it . Any tips or tricks to help me loose my mum tum .

I'll insert some pictures below

It took me 18 months to get rid of my tum.The lower part will never be what is was before ds but its ok.I calorie counted and walked a lot

Mine is the same after a 10lb baby, I was never completely "flat stomached" but it was never wobbly or anything, I'm struggling to shift it and fell pregnant again and expecting another biggun so no chance to get rid of it

I have looked into joining slimming world and getting a personal trainer as I'm hopeless with exercise

Doing weight training and some cardio will really help shift any excess fat there and tone you up, but from the wrinkles on your lovely tum it looks like you have excess skin too which only surgery can sort.

If it's any consolation, I haven't had kids and my tum looks much much worse after weight loss! I think if my tummy was caused due to carrying twins I'd be incredibly proud no matter what Flowers
