HI! I'm only afew kg off my ieal weight but beginning to plateau a bit and thinking about keeping the weight off when it's gone.
I already have an exercise bike but it doesn't burn a great deal of calories. I was thinking of getting an elliptical, stepper or bow flex max but can't decide and both are a fairly big investment (both in cash and space). I like running but tend to injure very easily so would like something non-impact.
The bow flex looks good but some of the reviews are suspicously gushing and OTT (they make it sound like you can burn 600 calories in about 15 minutes which I know is unrealistic). Anyone have any experience to share?
