Months of procrastination have passed where I could have actually got off my butt, ate healthier, exercised more and started losing the 2 stone I've accrued - the first over the last couple of years and the second added on through covid-times.
But FINALLY I am actually doing it! I'm only a week in but I feel like I'm finally in the right mind set. I'm using Nutracheck and joined a gym (and attended!) and stopped swilling a bottle of wine a night.
