How to get back on track?

First lockdown we were really good and healthy, exercised etc.
It went downhill from there. Takeaways, snacks etc, food seemed to be one of the only treat things we could do.

Now I've developed all the snacky sugar cravings and it's almost like I've forgotten what healthy eating is! I have no idea how to get back on track. I tried low carbing again but found it difficult to stick to because of the prep required, when I'm busy with DS and work.

Does anyone have any tips? I feel completely overwhelmed and like I'm in a really bad place with food but don't know how to get out of it

I had this after easter. And I don't even have a sweet tooth normally!

I just had to power through. Went back to the usual eating. The cravings went after a week, but it was a pita

I was having exactly the same problems. Stuffing my face with crap all the time.
I’ve downloaded the ‘Fastic’ app and it’s like a switch has flicked. I’ve only been doing it a week though, so we’ll see. It’s a fasting app. It tells me when to stop eating and when to start. In the eating window I’ve started craving healthy stuff, like yoghurt!

I have tracked everything I have eaten on my fitness pal and tried to walk at least 10000 steps a day.
I love a list so this helps me keep on track and at least if (when) I go over calorie intake I can see how much by so stops me mindlessly eating!
Have lost 5lb in 3 weeks so hoping it continues

I have been walking Mon-Fri and doing 45 mins on my exercise bike chloe Ting workouts and weights. I've noticed I have so much more energy I'm drinking 2/3 litres of water and trying not to snack to much. If I want chocolate I have some because I find if I say I can't have that I end up pigging out. I'm on week 6 I lost 7lbs in 3 weeks now down 10lbs. My back and arms are slimmer. I'm 5ft 4 was 11st 7lbs still have a long way to go but so glad I started.

Getting back to outdoor gym classes has really helped me refocus. I've put on 10lb since lockdown 1, probably more in reality as I've lost muscle mass. Really need to sort it!
