Does anyone have any advice for intermittent fasting? Plan on starting tomorrow maybe combined with Slimming world as this is a diet I know how to do. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! 3 stone + to lose....

(1) Start off easy if you're not used to restricting yourself - 12:12 for a few days/week; then you can slowly start to increase the fasting window gradually to 16:8. I started by simply cutting out evening snacks, a few days later I also delayed breakfast by a few hours. Then I felt ready to do 16:8.
(2) Stay hydrated!
(3) Hydration also helps massively with hunger pangs: Drink lots of water (cold, sparkling, hot) or black tea/coffee (with no sweeteners/sugar/milk etc).
(4) Watch some Youtubers who go into detail about 16:8 - try Thomas Delauer (he has some women specific advice).
(5) Don't feast in your eating window. Calories in still matter. Think about the quality of food you do eat.
(6) Be kind to yourself. If it's the first time you've tried to do this. It will take time to get yourself mentally and physically able to stick to it.
(7) If you struggle to do it one day. Don't worry. Start again the next day. As long as you're consistently trying more than not you'll do fine in the long run.
(8) Occaisional small treats are OK :-)
(9) Believe you can do this.
Good luck!
