So today is day 1 I’ve messed about losing and gaining the same stone over for the past year and now I’m ready to get past this. I’ve got a total of 7 stone to lose, I previously lost this amount a few years ago on the Cambridge diet, but had another baby and it’s all back on again.
For the next few weeks I am doing 2x meal replacement shakes (mixture of Cambridge and exante) which I’ve got left and a sensible healthy dinner, and then I will move on to 3x meal replacement shakes and a 200kcal meal. I’ve got some uni assignments due in so want to get those out the way before I move into ketosis. I also need to ensure I’m drinking 2.5litres of water and moving more.
