After weeks of messing etc, putting on, maintaining etc, something seems to have clicked. AND, after doing really well on slimming world all week I've just weighed in and lost 9lbs. YIPPEE
I have been ill for the last couple of days and hardly eaten a thing so she has advised that I stick to it by the letter for the rest of the week.
I'm soooooooooooo happy only another 9st 5lb to go
