Hi all, after some recommendations.

So over the last year and a half I have lost a fairly reliable 10lbs with a bit of calorie counting (though I have zero self control and am prone to binge days), I've even reached an official stone off for a short period recently! So I've moved from an overweight bmi to higher end healthy.

I'm a bit happier with where I am from that perspective , ultimately another 5-8ish pounds and I'll be golden I think. But, I am flabby. I still have a bit if separation from having ds in 2018 - I can fit a finger between my abdomen muscles from the belly button up, and prior to pregnancy I've always been someone who bloats as soon as I look at food.

The problem is I know I won't keep up going to the gym or classes like spinning/zumba/circuits. I just don't enjoy exercise much. But I am a bit of a kid and I love climbing, swinging (from things, not the other way!) and general fun things, so I'm wondering if anyone can recommend something along those lines? Things I've considered are pole fitness aerial hoop and yoga but wanted to scope for some other ideas if there are any before I decide?

I love Les Mills Body Balance. I have the app and do it every morning before work. Its a mixture of tai chi, yoga and pilates done to music. I love it. Makes me happy.

You want more Movnat, Ido Portal stuff, more movement than exercise. Crossfit would suit too, depending on how good the gym/instructors are.

Gold Medal Bodies too online.
