Just navel gazing really. But I can't believe how as a teenager/student I lived on chip butties, lager and ginsters pasties and was an 8 stone size 8.
I'm now 37, sticking to 1200 calories a day, doing an hour on the treadmill 4 days a week and can't get under 10 stone.
FFS. I wish I could go back and tell my 19 year old self to appreciate it.
