I need HELP

I've been steadily gaining weight over the last 2 years, I've gained 2 stone in total

We're supposed to be going to an outdoor church service followed by an informal garden party, but we can't go because I have nothing that fits apart from my pyjamas

I've cried myself to sleep all week, I haven't been able to buy clothes because there's no open shops and buying online has proved deeply disappointing I don't even know what size I am any more

I need to loose this QUICK can anyone help please? I'm on my own with a 2 year old (which is the main problem) my life centres around him and I just grab snacks - I lost 4 stone with SW a few years ago I've tried doing that again but I haven't got the time or energy to meal plan and/or cook

I've tried limiting what I eat, do pretty well all day then find myself snacking at night because I'm hungry

I don't know what to do 😢

The night hunger passes. I went to bed super early few times girst viuple of weeks. It's honestly just that you need to power through it and it passes. Or if you genuinely cannot help it, have a snack accounted for. I have a small snack now few hours after dinner (going to bed late though, if I went earlier I probably wouldn't). I calorie count and it works for me.

It's trial and error at the beginning. Every fail is a lesson of not to do and if you don't try and fail you don't succeed. Eventually you will be abel to say "nope. Will have something tomorrow not now"

That's encouraging thank you 🙏🏼

Don't worry. You will crack it! Just don't let small fails discourage you.

Look at Donald Trump😂 6x bankrupted businesses, still managed to get to be a President of US😂 If he can do this, we can handle our crisps!

I have a crisp issue🙈

If SW worked for you, give it another go. I realise you don't have the time or energy, could you perhaps batch cook? Or buy the ready meals from Iceland?

Another tip is to try the 16-8 way of eating, so you only eat between the hours of 12pm and 8pm.

Outside of those hours, fill up on water / squash, and fruit if you feel especially hungry.

It will take a while to adjust to eating less, but keep in mind your motivation and you will get there.

You've done it before, you can do it again x

I lost weight and bloat quite quickly with low carb. Other diets such as WW or SW made me really miserable as I hate feeling restricted or having to buy loads of stuff and constantly cook from scratch, and those other diets with shakes made me feel starved all the time. With the low carb diet I found it quite easy, didn't calorie count or limit eating hours - just snacked on proteins like pieces of chicken or boiled eggs. Meals were protein and veg or salad, nothing complicated, I didn't take it as far as full on keto. Stopped having carbs for every single meal plus snacks and eventually managed to get my sugar addiction under control too. Might be worth a try.

@puppygalore thank you I'll give that a go, it's a completely different thing for me which is possibly just what I need
