Don’t eat any more. Tomorrow is a new day and this doesn’t have to put you off track. It’s 500 calories-not a disaster.

Thank you. Will start again tomorrow. Feel sick now Confused

I’ve just eaten my whole days worth of calories in Easter chocolate! Ffs.

I'm 8 months in and 58lbs down. Yesterday I had a takeaway dinner so huge and greasy it actually made me feel ill.

It did taste good at the time though😂

Everyone overindulges sometimes, just get back to a more restrained eating plan the next day and keep going.

That's why I simply don't do normal diet on special occasions. I just watch what I eat a bit, but don't count so some chocolate isn't going to make me feel bad. It's about a balance and sustainability in the end. It's nkt sustainable if we don't give ourselves some freedom to each cocolate and cake once in a while😁
