Hi all,

Slowly crept from a 10 to a 14 (!) over the last year or so. This is a huge gain for me, having always hovered at a 10, even after kids. Lockdown, depression, bad joints and general ageing have a lot to answer for but I need to get on top of it. For myself, for DH (who is lovely and says as long as I'm happy he's happy), and for DC who I want to be strong and active for.

I'm 36, hyper mobile, always been on the soft/wobbly side but generally have a small frame so I don't carry any extra weight well.

What has worked quickly for you that can then be sustained for the longer term? I had success post DC2 with the Dukan diet which I'd try again as it kept me full, but I'm not sure how sustainable it was. I do like a glass of wine or five.... any ideas on what I could try to best control this?
