Noom. Anyone done it?

I've tried pretty much every diet going. Slimming World, Weight Watchers, VLCD etc, and I'm still overweight, bordering on obese. I'm tempted to try Noom as I think it will help to change my mindset on dieting.

Has anyone done it? Is it easy? I need to lose about 2/2.5 stone and the form I've just filled in on their website reckons this is achievable by August. Is this realistic? I'm seriously tempted but don't want to throw a load more money at something that ultimately is too fiddly to stick to or cost too much money.

I am doing it. I think it is helpful, but is not proving a quick fix. I have lost about 4 lbs. my daily calorie budget is 1200 which is brutal & hard to stick to. I am now recording what I eat every day. It kind of works on nudge theory. Maybe do a bit mor research before you take the plunge.

I just started the trial and so far it seems to be a limited number of annoying msgs on my phone.

I found the lessons really American and irritating. Overly familiar 😂
