xmas panic diet

No matter how hard I try moderation never seems to work and every summer and xmas I do the mad panic diet for a couple of weeks.Do you think I should do a book?

in same situation noddy, got 4 weeks to lose my gut. any top tips?

Only really unhealthy things like skipping meals and eating loads of fruit no bread etc.The only thing that works for me in that sort of time scale.Coffee stops me eating I find and lots of soups and salads.The thought of wearing something lovely is a great motivator
