Hi everyone, basically this week has been AF and I've weighed myself this morning to see I've only lost .5lbs this week 😩🤷🏻♀️
I've been sticking to counting calories and keeping up on my steps (maybe even done more this week than usual) and so far lost 7lbs in 3 weeks.. I'm just gutted that I've been putting all the hard work in (especially trying hard not to use this week as an excuse to eat everything in sight 🤣🤣🧁🍰) and just to see a tiny half a pound loss! 🤦🏻♀️
My mum has said it's normal to either gain or maintain because of excess water etc but I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this before I decide to stuff it all and just eat whatever I want today 🙈🤣
