My target is 145lbs
Ideally, 140lbs but 145lbs is the target to get to a comfortable healthy BMI.
I took my eye off the ball and had a few more days with extra carbs although I was slightly under my 1226 calorie limit. Therefore, I gained a few pounds

Looking for suggestions for simple exercise regimes for those days I go carb crazy. Also any ideas on how I can go about reaching my target of 145lbs hopefully by April/May. Is there any way I can lose 2 pounds in a healthy way without yo-yoing?
