Weight gained after being off work

Been on furlough for a while now and noticed I've put on some weightShock

looking to get rid of bad habits (snacking between meals)(overeating takeaways)

any advice on how to break out of these habits?

I do not think you are alone in this, I too have put on weight through the endless lockdowns and I know many others that have too.

I have actually lost a bit of weight since changing my habits. I swapped my milk from blue top to red, increased my water intake, made time for a small 20 minute workout each day and have started using the My fitness Pal app on my phone to track my calories throughout the day.

I think once life returns to normal and we can all go back to work and go out the weight will fall away naturally as we are able to move more.

This sounds like me too. Roll on getting back to work. Its easy to have been lazy being stuck at home. I ate even when I wasn't hungry and would binge on sugary foods. I looked at myself tonight and though my clothes still fit I am disappointed in myself.
I'm sure when some form of normality returns we will be able to get ourselves back
