Lose weight March

Hi everyone, wondering is there anyone interested in keeping tabs here daily on our weight and exercise.
I need to lose some weight as I'm fed up of being over weight, tired, ache and pains and feel like I need motivation.
I'm thinking maybe weigh in every morning and record what exercise we did during the day in the evening.
We could do food as well if people want to...
I'm hoping there is others out there that could do with being part of what I hope will be a supportive and encouraging group!
Tomorrow is 1st of March

I could really do with this and kind of started last week with better lunches at work and no biscuits.
I have no scales at home though but plan to weigh myself at boots. I have approx 6 stone to lose maybe more but will focus on smaller chunks first.
I also plan to do small bursts of cycling on rented bikes near me.

Hi that's great, glad someone else is interested. I have at least 2-3 stone to lose. I really need to cut out the chocolate and junk and make time for exercise. Lockdown has really started to get to me now so I'm hoping that get out for walks will boost my mood and help shift the weight. The weather has really been improving too and longer evenings should help.

Hi, I need some help and motivation, so I will join. I jumped on the scales on Friday and realised that I had put 2 stone on. Immediately started my diet, but need some extra support.

Welcome @poppy1973 and @25yearsnhsworker...
I usually try doing it solo but so far it hasn't worked and I fall of the wagon in a few days. So this time I thought if I join a group of others in the same boat we could support each other

I didn't have breakfast and lunch was tuna, cucumber, Sweetcorn, spring onion and beetroot.
Mid afternoon had a slice of banana bread.
Dinner is vege sausages, Broccoli, carrots and sugar snap peas.

So I managed a 30min walk today. Had one of the kiddies with me so not as fast as I would have liked but glad to have got out... Haven't managed to write down food today, will do that tomorrow.

So my weighing scales wouldn't co-operate this morning. So far I have had a fairly healthy breakfast and some coffee. Going to have some fruit now...

How is the start of the week going for both of you?

I still haven't managed to replace my scales. None in the local lidl and aldi. I will try pick one up tomorrow at argos.
Had a good day for exercise, got loads of walking done. Eating was ok too. Hopefully by the time I get my scales I will notice a slight weight loss
