I've for a lot of weight to lose - about 4 stone
I've decided not to wait until the usual Monday and had a big old turn around on Wednesday
10,000 + steps every day plus bike rides. Loads of water and a healthier approach to food
My god though - it's a good job that dp and I are comfortable around one another because I am farting round the clock!
Beans as part of lunch then sprouts, cabbage, broccoli and peas as part of my tea 
Will it settle as my body gets used to it? It's not like I've never eaten veg / beans but consciously upping my veg and protein is new
