Bluetooth scales are the best thing I've ever bought!

With in-person meetings being out of the question I've been using crappy plastic scales, so thought I'd upgrade.

I got Bluetooth ones and the difference it's made to my frame of mind is amazing!
It records fat, calculates fat and BMI and then syncs it with my WW app (like the scales at the meeting would do).

Finally feel like I'm getting back on track.

They sound really good. Thanks for sharing. I’m with WW too and calculate my bmi/ body fat myself using online calculators. I agree it’s really motivating to see those numbers going down. Scales that work it all out for you sound so much easier

8lb off in the first week!

I know you’re not supposed to weigh yourself every day but I do until I’m back in the mindset. That way I can see the damage one bad day can do and use it to motivate myself to do better

Which scales did you get that communicate with the WW app @EdgedInBlue?
