I’ve recently started calorie counting (and can definitely see why I wasn’t losing weight previously!). I ordered the Pinch of Nom Quick and Easy book a few weeks ago and am loving the recipes so far. It’s one of the first recipe books I’ve bought where I actually want to cook the majority of the recipes.
I love that it’s super clear with the number of calories so I can cook a full portion for DP and I for dinner and then we have the leftovers for lunch the next day. Plus it’s got photos for every recipe which is a must for me.
Anyone else got any great recommendations?
