Anyone got any tips?
I have lost about 10 pounds since January first but haven't lost anything since 11/02.
I have to be careful limiting my calories as I am breastfeeding.
I have started to walk more the past few days. I work out 5-6 days a week for 20-30 minutes.
Feeling a bit disheartened by it. I still have 18 pounds to loose and it feels so far away.
