Breastfeeding and not losing any weight

I’m now 9 months pp and baby is weaning so having a bit less milk

I’m breastfeeding still and despite increasing exercise and focusing on healthy eating no weight is budging

Is it down to the breastfeeding still?

I lost a lot in the first 12 weeks after giving birth but then is slowed down.

I’ve got maybe 9lbs to go

Probably still the breastfeeding. Your body hangs on to fat so it knows it's got good back up stores, and breast feeding can make you hungrier and less mobile (although probably less so by your stage).

I'm very jealous of the stories of people shedding weight just by breast feeding. I gained weight consistently until I stopped.
