Hi, I've been doing the exante diet for about 6 months (had a one month break over Xmas) and lost 5 stone so far. Which is great but I'm getting a little bored with the same meals/bars all the time now. I can't stand the shakes and am vegetarian so some of the meals/soups are no good for me, I find a lot of the meals have a very salty taste that I'm not keen on. I end up sticking to some porridge and a few of the bars all the time and it's now getting harder to stick to it.
I've been looking at the Jane plan diet and there seems to be a lot more variety with meals. Can anyone tell me what it's like? Are they ready meal type things or is it sachets you make up with water again? They never look as nice at home compared to the pictures on the website. And how do they taste? Thank you :D
