Almost at goal weight & self sabotaging

Is anyone else prone to doing this? I have been 8lbs off my final goal weight for around 3 months now.

I lost 33lbs last year with the low carb boot camps and feel good. However I know that my best weight is 8lbs lighter. I’d fit back into my clothes and hopefully all round healthier/fitter.

However every time I reach/maintain this weight I think, ah well sure I am almost there, I’ve done so well sure a few treats won’t hurt! But they do, I binge massively on bakery products and in a week I’ve 5lbs on. Then back to on track then back to bingeing again.

What I can do to stop this? Anyone else do the same?

I’d hate to put all the weight back on again or never reach my target because of my though patterns.
