TDEE/BMR after valentines

Hi all,
Can anyone advise- after eating a lot over valentines weekend, should I stick to my BMR for calorie consumption or should I reduce? I lost a stone and a half last year then plateaued and started drastically reducing my calories which obviously didn't work and I had a word with myself and started sticking to my BMR again and I've started to shift it again now but this weekend I enjoyed myself so just wondering where to start this week. Thanks

You shouldn't eat below your brm rate. That's for basic bodily functions. Take from your TDEE, but that should be it.
I wouldn't panic over one weekend and just keep doing what you were doing before. That's it. Draw a line behind it.
