1st 5lbs to lose to target

So since lockdown started last March, I said to myself that I would lose weight, get fit etc. I went from 14stone down to 10stone by October I'm 5ft7. All through Intermittent fasting. I relaxed my diet over November to end of January with Christmas etc getting in the way. I got on the scales yesterday and I'm up to 11st 4.

My jeans (DH bought me when I'd reach my target) are getting tighter and I feel more hungry, than I did when doing IF.

I am going to be documenting what I eat, exercise etc. I'm doing IF with Calorie counting/smaller portions.

If anyone wants to join please do. We can support each other Grin

Are you working on some habits to keep maintaining after? There is some maintenance thread if you wnat tips.

I normally eat 12-6pm. And then nothing but water.

I'm down 7lbs. I started beginning of Jan 2021.

I need motivation to continue Sad

Well done on your fantastic weight loss. I would like to lose 1 stone 9lb so would love to join you. Currently weigh 11 stone 9lb and the heaviest I have ever been ( when not pregnant) My plan is calorie intake of around 1400 and regular running/ exercise. I would love to enter the summer with all my summer clothes fitting nicely.

Similar starting weights. We can do this. I want my jeans to be fitting by the time we are allowed out :)

Does anyone else do IF? If so, do you drink ACV in your fasted state? How do you take it and does it make a difference?

So I had soup and some bread last night for my evening meal. I didn't snack (was hard) but now onto day 2.

Just making a big pot of vegetable soup for lunch over the next couple of days. We have a few treat meals planned with the children over half term so almost thought to myself ' I will start next week'. But then thought something is better than nothing. So I will still enjoy those treats but be good around it and then start properly next week.

@montymum yes you can still have those treats. Just remember to start back on it again once you've had them. Plus, you probably won't have treats for a while after you've had them.
