Just started weightwatchers as lockdown with two young children has driven me to non stop snacking and comfort eating to the point I was feeling so bloated and a bit grim..
I am not hugely overweight starting weight last week was 11.6 (5ft 7) and am today 10 st 11... I have never low carbed before (love my carbs!!) and have never ever lost this much weight in a week.. what’s going on? Is it just water loss?? Am a bit freaked out.. will it actually stay off too?
