I've got about 5st to lose and would like most of it gone by September. I'm calorie counting and have reconnected an old Fitbit to pay attention to my exercise. I'm so unfit it's embarrassing though and just walking up the stairs gets me so out of breath!
My weight and lack of fitness is really impacting my life and how I'd like to be with my dc so it's got to change. I should be getting new scales delivered today so will weigh and post here as often as I can so I don't lose momentum.
