Bizarrely I'm down today

Not2bObvious · 03/04/2021 08:35

That's good life, how's the calorie counting going? It does sound like you had an active week. Haven't weighed yet but it's doubtful I'll yesterday's low - I was so dehydrated I resembled a crisp!

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 03/04/2021 08:50

Well that was a kick in the muffin top. 3.2 up from yesterday, but yesterday was an unrealistic low. I did have a lot of salty stuff yesterday so not to worry, on for a small loss on average.
That's great you got to see your friend mrs and you got scones? Score! I've never eaten an Easter egg early but I must admit I have been tempted. One more sleep haha

It's going ok not. But up and down so not consistent yet.
Not sure pp is for me so have cancelled.
Being at work does not help me so having the break has been good to reset.

Bloody freezing today though

We are off to PILs - bringing them an afternoon tea which I’ve been making all day! Homemade cheese scones, sweet scones with clotted cream and jam, apple and rhubarb cake, and three sorts of finger sandwiches (egg and cress, cucumber and butter and salmon and cream cheese). MIL will refuse to eat it, DH told her three times to have a light lunch as we were bringing afternoon tea but she is one of those people who likes to sabotage, FIL will enjoy it tho bless him.
I had a carb free breakfast of egg, bacon and avocado and the AT will be my lunch, then dinner is a homemade bean burger with salad so hopefully not too bad.
Just broke it to DH that I don’t like his special sweet potato fries with polenta on and just prefer them plain with no flour or anything over them and I think he is contemplating divorce Grin

Not2bObvious · 03/04/2021 13:53

You insulted a mans sweet tater fries woman, justifiable cause😂 All this lovely food talk, I'm holding out for late lunch/early dinner. I'd murder that lunch gen, is you mil a weight watcher? Not the group, I mean the lifestyle. I do have to admit in my worse times I've done a smidge of sabotage to avoid calorific food. This weight watching can get in on your brain. Or maybe that's just her, some people are funny.
Had my egg/bacon/toast for brekkie. Few biccies, then LM body pump and a 35 min jog. Have my 9,000 in the bag

Oh dear gen. That's pretty bad Grin
Afternoon tea sounds lush.
We are having lamb pilau

ememem84 · 03/04/2021 15:06

gen I’ll have the AT it sounds divine! Love an AT.

Mrsmadevans · 03/04/2021 15:27

Disastrous attempt at making a cream cake today 😂😂
Not 3.2 up that's ridiculous ! The SOD needs a thrashing!
All this gorgeous food Gen yummy enjoy! Poor DH and his sweet pots and polenta 😋😋 sounds delicious to me !
Life you are doing well l think!
Scoffing today because it's Easter 🐤🐰🐣🐑🐥
Have a lovely weekend everyone 😊

Not2bObvious · 03/04/2021 17:14

It might be down to me using it like an aerobic step yesterday in my hungover dehydrated skinny husk form😂 Enjoy the scoff, we're having the vino in the garden. Once bitten, easily forgotten!

14600 steps. Zero cals left. God I want chocolate

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/04/2021 20:50

I ate chocolate, now I want more

Gensola · 03/04/2021 23:35

Lunch was yummy - MIL isn’t so much a weight watcher as a control freak. Initially she said we couldn’t eat as it was too early, then ten mins later it was too late, then tesco man was about to arrive (he didn’t!) but we got there in the end!
FIL very poorly but hugely enjoyed his scones and cake, he cleared his plate which was so lovely to see.
Planning a walk tomorrow plus DH is collecting a takeaway 3 course lunch from the local pub for us. Yum!

Not2bObvious · 04/04/2021 07:33

She sounds like a bit of hard work gen, glad your poor fil enjoyed it. I would be so touched is someone did that for me.
Ended up having Chinese bits last night, if I thought yesterday's sod reading was bad, today's could be carnage. Haven't confessed all to mfp, but it's going to be well over maintenance numbers.
There will be eggs for breakfast, chocolate eggs that is!

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 04/04/2021 08:43

Up another 1.8, fml. Giving me an average loss of Fitbit of .1, or .3 on happy scale. It'll be gone by next Sunday. 2 more days of holiday eating to get through, bring on the eggs!

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 04/04/2021 12:40

That will be bloated not.
Not tracking today. Too hard to eat steadily as out and about

Not2bObvious · 04/04/2021 15:22

Could be a degree of fluid from the heavy'ish body pump session too. I'm not bothered (that much) Got a big walk in with the teen, 11,000'ish done & dusted. Afternoon lunch in the garden with lovely wine

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 04/04/2021 15:41

That too not.
I need more steps but CBA as not eaten properly today so in a mard

Not2bObvious · 04/04/2021 16:42

Meh, it's a holiday. There's flip all enjoyment these days, let nothing suck joy.
I am having a lovely weekend, calories be damned

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 04/04/2021 17:53

Mrsmadevans · 05/04/2021 09:11

Happy Easter Monday everyone 😀
🐰🐣🐑🐥🐤❤️
Am scoff scoff scoff so am not really sure l should be contributing here ATM but l continue in the vain hope l may stop scoffing sometime soon . It's Easter that has done it for me!
Have a lovely day everyone 😀

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/04/2021 10:36

Today is last scoffing day here. Though have done weight and aerobic workout

Not2bObvious · 05/04/2021 12:02

Scales down 1.2, it's going to be a slow drop, esp as having takeaway for lunch. Did 9,000 on the treadmill so that's a bit of insurance. Had a picky morning, little bit of chocolate/few crisps. Now trying to hold off for lunch at 3, having a coffee and a chill before a nice hot shower. Bit delicate (for a change...)

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 05/04/2021 16:11

18000 steps, Aldi chocolate later thought. Last blast
