No aerobic as up in the night with unwell ds so late getting up. Will do laps of the outdoor skate park. 2300 so far

Not2bObvious · 30/03/2021 12:01

55 min LM done, minus the last 5 min cool down as I went for a jog/walk,
a jalk maybe 🤔 That's my 9,000 done. Had an iced coffee as a treat on my way back, still haven't eaten. It sort of got too late for breakfast, so I'll hang on for 30-45 for lunch. Stunning day

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 30/03/2021 12:01

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/03/2021 12:59

He's full of cold. Spread like wildfire through the class.
At the skatepark, I had a cheese scone. I need to sort me for choices. 5100 steps now though
Will go for a walk tonight

Happierwithouthim · 30/03/2021 13:07

Hope ds improves quickly will he be wearing the DGOD!!!

Not2bObvious · 30/03/2021 13:33

Had a salad with cracker bread, really tasty, just under 300. Doubt it'll keep me til dinner but it was enjoyable. I love cheese scones, must make some soon

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 30/03/2021 14:53

From this morning not? I couldn't survive.

I thought I was doing ok - 2 slices of homemade brown bread with butter and jam, a banana, pack of pop chips, turkey burger in half a bun(burnt the rest of it with 2 cherry tomatoes and 2 half slices cheddar(not one slice Grin) and two clementines

Not2bObvious · 30/03/2021 15:39

It's very rare that I would manage on that little but today, maybe cause it's so warm, I'm doing ok. But I am hungry now, dinner in around 1.5 hours but I think I need something. Maybe an icecream 😋

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 30/03/2021 17:43

Ha he will not. We have been to the park but he did fall asleep in the bath though

Mrsmadevans · 30/03/2021 19:53

Ahhh poor Ds Life Flowers hope he is feeling better soon Smile
Not ice cream sounds delicious just the job , yay to not needing to eat as much with the warmer weather Smile l have been like a wet weekend since Sunday and it has to be the hour forward Hmm !
Happier lovely home made brown bread corr!
Have been ok but think Hay fever is looming with the Rapeseed in the fields coming and the high tree pollen have stocked up on Anti Hist ready. Temperatures were up to 21C today and it was gorgeous ! Had a cuppa in the Sun this afternoon and it was just wonderful Smile
Hope everyone is ok and having a lovely Easter half term Smile

Not2bObvious · 31/03/2021 07:18

Back to my March low of 161.6, seems to be my new boomerang number. Left around 250 behind yesterday, hoping it doesn't mean today will be a binge'y day - feeling hungry already. I'm meant to go to my office today but don't particularly need to, just like to keep to a routine of sorts.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 31/03/2021 07:27

I left 149 yesterday bit lots of guessing so call it even. Second day of 15k steps and will do a weight workout.

Sound like you might need more today not then less Thurs for the weekend. Lots of protein and fibres today

lifelongfrugaleer · 31/03/2021 07:27

133 today which is my regular stick figure at the moment

Happierwithouthim · 31/03/2021 08:03

Yep mrsmadevans you're welcome to recipe if you like, made some for a colleague in return for some hake he gave me and he's making it himself a couple of times a week now, a 50 year old bachelor.

oh life that's the figure I'm dreaming of, only just under 50lbs away, baby steps.

Serious tension headache all evening yesterday or hormone headache as it's week off pill. beautiful eve, dd was at horse riding ds and I just sat in the car. In other news, he slept in his own bed last night as apparently I wasn't being nice to him, his father used to 'punish' me by staying in spare room too, neither of them realise it's no punishment, I love the bed to myself Grin hoping ds will stay there now. He was dry when I left. 19 nights out of 22 now.

Not2bObvious · 31/03/2021 10:01

That's a great run of dry nights happier, well done to him. Haha that he thinks he's punishing you by sleeping in his own bed! Bless him😂 I'm dreaming of the 130's, we'll get there. I decided 2 years ago to save for a special holiday (WTAF did I know) this summer and save I did every month. Point is little by little I got there. So now I've money, and no where to spend itAngryAh well, next I'll be complaining my diamond shoes are too tight. So bit by bit I'm going to chip this weight off.
Good one on sticking to cals life, getting 15,000 cool too. My forearms are aching after yesterday's weights, but I can cope with that. It's the leg doms that fell me. Yeah, I'll eat closer to the 1800 today, I feel like I need it

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 31/03/2021 10:33

Done aerobic and pump. Going for a SD walk tonight so easy 15k plus today. BBQ dinner so will need to be steady.
You can both get to the 130s slow and steady, both in the zone now
Great on the dry nights happier.
I too love the bed to myself

Happierwithouthim · 31/03/2021 11:23

Not at least money is in place for when it does happen. I hope to go to Canada at some stage so that's my next big holiday, I expect though that db will get married and that it'll be times to suit that.

Ds communion next year & hopefully weddings that have been delayed so, maybe one this October so I need to get cracking.

Not2bObvious · 31/03/2021 13:25

Meant to have a confirmation this year. Well that's that stymied!

OP posts:
Gensola · 31/03/2021 16:16

My goal is 125-129 - quite a bit away still. Sigh. We saw friends for lunch today in their garden, they served a lasagne and salad with strawberries and cream for pudding so not too bad. I had skipped breakfast to save cals.
Had 2 glasses of wine as I won’t be able to drink after today because of IVF.
Did a 30 min spin, will do a walk now with DH.

Not2bObvious · 31/03/2021 16:22

That sounds utterly fab gen, hope you had a great time.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 31/03/2021 18:39

Sound relish gen.
I liked being 125.

BBQ for team here. Come in about 1700 as guessed and didn't track salad or sauces.
Currently on 21800 steps which I think undoes a lot of the earlier week. Also need to stay off the chocolate

Not2bObvious · 31/03/2021 19:23

Burger in a bowl here, then all the snacks. Left 50 cals behind, might have to ban myself to the bedroom as I could eat & eat. My 80/20 is more like 50/50 today and that's no exaggeration. That's absolutely scandalous 🤦‍♀️
Easter Sunday might be carnage....

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 31/03/2021 23:03

Not Easter Sunday is going to be a chocfest l am afraid 😅
Crikey Life marvelous steps well done! 👏
Gen that afternoon tea sounded gorgeous, am keeping everything crossed for you Sweetheart ❤️

Mrsmadevans · 31/03/2021 23:06

Happier thank you so much for your kindness in offering me the bread recipe. I must confess l am absolutely useless at bread . I just can't seem to get it to prove l am useless! Well done to Ds , that is amazing! ☺️👏
Have been ok today busy so it always helps. Have a good night sleep Everyone 😴☺️

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/04/2021 07:21

23339 I ended on. I had a yoghurt late last night as peckish. U fortunately ice cream is not a filling lunch.
So ended on 1800 ish.

Another walk today. No weighs and whatever gusto brings for dinner
