Help - does anyone know whether rapeseed oil is good for you?

I started using an organic cold pressed rapeseed oil a few years ago and I love it on salads and to cook with. I thought it was healthy - low in saturated fat and high in vit E. Now I’m reading that it’s bad for you - linked to problems with dementia, high inflammation and oxidation in the body. For every article I find telling me it has health benefits there’s another one telling me it’s the work of the devil. The oil I have is not Canola oil - which has a different and less healthy profile as it’s heavily processed and has a different nutritional profile. Does anyone know what the latest reliable view on healthy oils is? Are polyunsaturated oils now regarded as unhealthy? Should I stick to olive oil, butter and coconut oil? I am v confused Confused
