Embarrassing problem.

I've recently started a healthy living plan. I'm basically doing 1 shake in the morning plus two healthy meals, I do cardio every morning and I track everything on my fitness pal. 10 days in I've lost 5lbs so far.. But I'm so bloated with gas.. And apologies for tmi but every meal I eat goes straight through me...
Is this normal? What can I do to help this?

Could you potentially be allergic to something in the shake? Maybe you could change that for something else and see if it helps. A protein yogurt might be good.

What's in the shake? And what are your "normal" meals?

Yup sounds like reaction. Drop the shake for 4+ days and see if it gets better.
Even if you don't have intolerances or allergies, you can still react to some combinations of things. You may never react to the same in a year🤷🏻 Bodies are funny...
