25kg weightloss

Always been overweight and with pcos it always stuck to my stomach. I've lost 25kg and I'm now 0.1kg off a healthy bmi, down from a 34.7 obese bmi I've got no one in life to really tell so I'm telling you lovely lot, it feels like an achievement of sorts but then I feel guilty for thinking of it like an achievement as I shouldn't of had it to lose in the first place.

Its took two years and there was lots of weightgain moments of binging and then back on diets a couple of months later. But for the last 6 months or so I've cut out any binging, been eating just 3 meals a day on the 8 hours eating 16 hours fasting schedule and have been leading an actual healthyish life.

Absolutely brilliant - that's an amazing achievement.

Congratulations, you deserve to be very, very proud of yourself.

This is a truly fantastic achievement, well done! Star

well done you! I'm also 25kg (approx) down, but I have another 15 or so still to go, still plodding on though Grin.

Have some Flowers and feel proud of yourself!

WeightlossNamechang · 05/02/2021 15:50

Thank you all! Made me tear up a bit! I've still got a bit to go but it's lovely to be able to be in the green bmi.

Well done myvision! I want to say I have roughly the same to lose or maybe 10kg but I haven't been at a healthy weight in so long I'm not sure what weight will suit me the most is that makes sense! Stomach seems to be the last place it wants to shift from, always the case!

Well done! I lost that amount a few years ago. Next time you go on holiday (remember those?!) and are lugging a heavy case around, just remember that is at least as much weight as you used to be lugging around all day on yourself.

My back has been so grateful! I've still got terrible posture, rounded shoulders from always kind of shrinking down to hide stomach/breasts. But I've already started feeling less backpain despite the rounded shoulders!

Great going @WeightlossNamechang! I’ve just moved from red BMI to amber since starting low calorie diet in January. I’m thrilled with that. You must be ecstatic to be in the green zone? I hope to follow in your footsteps and be there by June.

You can do it! Don't get disheartened by any gains or stagnant weightloss, my my fitnesspal graph is /\_/— all over the shop. Feels good but I also have some mental issues to work out, I still have a big belly and it's making it hard to realise how much I've actually lost as all I can see is the fat stomach!

Well done, truly inspiring!

I've slowly lost 17 pounds. I've over ten stone to lose , (well I did) my thyroid stopped working and I ballooned. I'm now on meds for it. After four years. Problem is, I don't see a difference. Not at all. Neither does anyone else that I mentioned it to in last couple of days, ( I wasn't going to but...) It's so disheartening. Took pics measurements, nothing. What's the point.
