2 stone (ish) overweight and so listless and lethargic. Need some inspiration for a fresh start.
I don’t want a gimmicky diet, or to cut out entire food groups. I don’t want to count calories. I just want to try making sure that nearly everything I eat is healthy. Lots of water. Lots of vegetables. Daily exercise and see how it goes.
I want to eat things like tasty interesting salads and just feel bloody healthy for a change. Nice smoothies. Lots of nutritious stuff.
So although I don’t need a diet I could do with a book or regime I could adapt to this new wonderful lifestyle - just wondering if anyone could suggest anything I could use as a starting point?
Any other getting healthy tips? No point recommending sleep as I have little kids but upping water consumption is going to be number 1 goal.
