Today, when the post man dropt the letters at my door,I was so exited if there would be something about "lose weight",then I found this letter about "ZACTIVAL".
It's seems to be a new way to lose weight that's why I'm asking if has anyone tried it.
Today I have an appointment with my doctor then I'm gonna ask him if I should go for another try.

Hi Macc,
I'm going to slimming world. I live in Leicester.
I've been 'doing' sw since Jan this year, its the longest I've stuck to anything, I'm hoping for my 5 stone award before Christmas. I've tried every club and diet going and this is the only one I've ever stuck to.I'm 32 and I've been fat all my life I was 10 stone at primary school. In really want to lose it forever this time. I know I'm doing ok with SW and I think I can do it this time, but I'm losing 1-2lb each week and the 'promise' of that amount of weight loss on a daily basis was too much of a temptation...even though every sensable part of me knew it was a scam,I really wanted to believe.
I'm looking forward now and if I lose 2lb weekly for the next year I'll be at target for next christmas, that is achievable and safe and no magic pills! only the magic of slimming world which I already know works and believe in.
Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you need a diet buddy give me a shout,:O

Ok maybe I was a little hasty as I have now also received my pills. I will start today and see what happens and keep you all posted. The free gift which said on the info was a free hi-fi video package, well I got a gift ok it's the smallest pocket radio I have ever seen, looks like it dosen't even have fm and am and they haven't even given batteries. Well I surpose it's true what they say you dont get something for nothing!!! Good luck everyone thats waiting I am sure yours will arrive soon. And good luck to all who are taking the pills.

Tries181 · 24/11/2004 12:41

Hi, just to let you all know, I ordered these pills about 2/3 weeks ago from the same leaflet in post (address Riva Beauty Centre, P O Box 389, Staines etc) The pills arrived yesterday. So may be they're just a little slow - or perhaps because I ordered only a few- they are quicker to despatch them and they're waiting for me to place a bigger order and then scam me - Anyhows can any one please confirm that these pills do actually WORK!!!!! other than Brans views.........

I will be starting them today and will let you know in a few days of any results

Macc · 25/11/2004 11:51

Well, mine arrived yesterday and as we speak I am taking my first dose. I am not feeling very optimistic, but thats only because it seems too good to be true. Have paid for them so i will do as it says. Don't forget, they did promise a refund if they dont work, so nothing to lose .. hopefully not literally. I will post an update in a couple of days.

lizibeth · 26/11/2004 10:18

Anyone lost any weight with the 'magic' pills yet?
Not me, taking as directed and still no loss, I've been taking them since last Saturday so I should be 7lbs lighter by now (sad)
Good luck

I hope the zactival will help me!!!!!

Vitapep doesn't sound great. It sounds like speed.
If you want to get the shakes and loose weight then all you have to do is lick round the rim of a public toilet, not pay 50 pounds.

codswallop · 28/11/2004 20:22

I have contacted the team about this htread
I dont like it at all

JTR · 30/11/2004 06:02

Hello!!!!!
Where has everyone gone?
Don't leave me my own...
Just wanted to know if who started taking zactival have lost weight yet.
What is going on?Why they have to play with us?They said we would lose two pounds with one tablet every two days,I am on my third tablet e lost nothing since then.
Anyway,will carry on.
What about you guys???

JTR - you must be either very tall, very fit, or live somewhere where clothes come bigger thatn they do around here. I weigh almost exactly the same as you, and am 5'6", but I've only got about a 50/50 chance of an 18 fitting, let alone a 12.

chelski · 30/11/2004 11:01

hi,
i weighed 12st 8lbs when i started and now i'm 12st 2lbs. mind you i have been pooing like there is no tomorrow. i feel really hungry at lunch time but nothing by dinner. i think it's cos of all the water i'm drinking. is any body else finding it hard to sleep?

JTR · 01/12/2004 00:23

Hi LunarSea! By cm I am 170cm,not sure by foot or inch and I am weighting 83kg.I know that slowly I am losing weight but has been hard, trying to avoid lots of delicious food that I cook for my husband and eating more vegetables plus drinking water all the time.Maybe the zactival is helping, but not like they say on the leaflet.
Yes,as I said I can wear size 12 but very tight and all my hard work is to rech the size 10 and get to weight at least 65kg,but at the moment I am trying to lose the weight that the doctors told me to before the op.(I am going to have a breasts reduction soon)
Keep in touch.
( chelski )-- Has been years and years that I dont mind staying up all night,as you can see, most of the time I text you guys realy late light. Some times when I have to go to work then I try to have some sleep early, but if not I can just have a couple of hour sleep during the day,and that is more than enough to me.I love to stay up during the night just drinking somew coffee, smoking ang waisting my time on computer or watching discovery helth channel,I learn a lot about the surgeries and all the medical stories.
Anyway when ever you guys feel like have a chat with me just text me,I am always cheking the zactival conversation!

hi, i just wanted to wish you all luck with the tablets. i'm trying to lose weight as it had gone up loads since the birth of my secand son 8 months ago. i've heard about 'lighter life' programme on which you are meant to lose loads of weight. its quite expensive though, i heard it was £40 a week and is based meal replacements. I can't afford it but was hoping to get some ideas. i am 14.5 stone and 5'6. i need to lose loads but always seem to manage to make excuses for myself. have just started back at college and am surrounded by size 8 barbie dolls

JTR · 04/12/2004 04:22

I am still on 83kg but the battle hasn't finished for me
I am taking the zactival every two days,it isn't working as they says but I am still trying to believe it is gonna work one day!

hi jtr,
very few people on here now.
Well done!!!! I suspect your loss is more to do with your own efforts than the zactival. Are you following a weight loss plan?
I've lost another 3lb. Slow but in the right direction.
good luck
Lizbeth :)
