I know it’s not healthy and I always swore I’d never do it but you know what, I can’t be bothered at the minute! I tried low carb, too much of a bloody faff and gets boring quickly. I tried calorie counting but I can’t be arsed working calories out of every single thing I eat ... I just want easy at the minute.
Been in it since Monday and lost 2lbs already. And by god after a day of milkshakes I don’t half enjoy and appreciate my evening meal like never before!
Anyone tried it?
