Has anyone used skipping rope as a way of exercising ? If yes, did you find any benefits ?

I was using a skipping rope whilst following weight watchers and I enjoyed alot. I have very high ceilings so could do it in the frontroom whilst watching telly. Starting at 2 mins and then increasing the time I could do it for was challenging and I really did feel my cardiovascular fitness improving, Apparently it is a good way of shaping and toning bum, legs and thighs.

na, my boozams are too humongous, no way of strapping them puppies down, too many other wobbly bits as well, i also worry about my gibblets after having a baby, they are not to be trusted to stay in the right plae as God intended and then there is my bladder.if that malfunctions, which it is likely to do then the consequences are just too terrible...

so, stay on the sofa, eat chocoalte and think thin.
thats my top ip.

I did that once - it was fab! for about 5 minutes. then i was knackered, which is the point really so it is worth it.
great cardio and good all over work out, great for the arms too.

it's great for intense intervals of cardio but if you're not very fit you won't be able to do it for long enough in each ssession to make much difference to weight loss, so it's best combined with other things until you can do say 30 mins non stop.

Thank you for your answers !! I used to love it when I was a little girl so if it can help ...dissle : I wish that could be the solution...
