I think enjoying yourself is important - unless you are morbidly obese, when things are all a bit different.

I had a nice meal at lunch time with my DP but it has meant I have not nibbled. Maybe it's the way to go.

Last night I had pudding to die for - a nutella and mascarpone calzone with vanilla icecream. Mmmmmmmmmmmm.

Nooo. Was while I was out. Out!! You know, like normal people do! At Gusto (used to be Est Est Est) in Didsbury.

Probably had all my day's worth of calories in it, but still worth it!

Was great. Looked at people wondering if they'll ever truly be able to enjoy their time being their own, or just miss it when it's gone!

Lots of chat too, and only one glass of wine! So good to have friends that seem to like me for me. DP has been out quite a lot of times... I really need to make it happen more.
